As usual crazy amounts of time between updates…Â ‘Tis the norm, wouldn’t want to disappoint.
I had completed all of my requirements last year then went on to testing. Different states have different requirements… I got my national liscence…then my Rhode Island, then my Massachusetts.
I started practising in the field in November of last year(2007).
So as of now I have been a practising paramedic for 13 months… I’ve enjoyed it a lot. I’m still with Alert Ambulance in Fall River. I have a great schedule Sunday (16 hours), Monday (12 hours), Tuesday (16 hours) for a total of 44 hours in 3 days with 4 days off a week…
So far, so good…
Hey Scott, I just read your blog. Excellent work and congratulations! Wow I remember talking to you back in the day about being and EMT and you brought in some books to check out. I’m proud of you and I can’t think of a better guy for the job who is as personable and compassionate as you. Again congrats!
